On October 28th, our school held a special campus recruitment seminar for graduates of 2020. A lecture was given by Industry-University-Research Cooperation (Guangzhou) Environmental Services Co., Ltd., aiming at meeting the precise employment needs of our students, strengthening cooperation with relevant enterprises. Mrs. Xi Zhenchun, the counselor of our graduating class, and the graduates of 2020 attended the seminar.
The Director of Industry-University-Research Cooperation (Guangzhou) Environmental Services Co., Ltd. gave a brief introduction of the company, and explained the corporate culture to the students from four aspects: corporate vision, corporate mission, corporate philosophy and core values. He also introduced the three major service areas of the company -- environmental consulting, environmental stewardship service and environmental protection engineering, and showed the students the projects and achievements of the company through a wealth of engineering examples. The Director proudly introduced the career development, salary and welfare of the team members, and showed the company's qualification and a series of patent certificates to us. Finally, the Director introduced the position and responsibility requirements of the recruitment in detail, and explained the recruitment process of the enterprise.
After the seminar, a Q&A communication was carried out between the enterprise and our students. Students enquired about career development, promotion path, salary, etc., and the Director answered them in detail and gave suggestions, making full preparations for the later recruitment. The first publicity meeting of 2020 Campus Recruitment of our school came to a successful conclusion. It is believed that after the seminar, students will have a clearer understanding of employment and obtain more satisfactory career plans.
