Dr. Jing Wang is currently an Associate Professor in the School of Environment, SCNU. He carried out his postdoctoral research at National University of Singapore from 2013 to 2018 after he obtained his Ph.D. degree in chemical engineering from Nanjing Tech University and State Key Laboratory of Materials-oriented Chemical Engineering in 2012. His research interests focus on the synthesis of functional nanomaterials (semiconductor, carbon, MXene, etc) and their applications in the energy and environment fields. To date, Dr. Wang has published more than 20 SCI papers with a citation of over 1,200 times, including three Angewandte Chemie International Edition, an international peer-reviewed top chemistry journal (one is selected as ESI highly cited paper), two Journal of Materials Chemistry A (one is selected as hot paper), Applied Catalysis B: Environmental, Nanoscale and ChemSusChem (VIP paper) as the first/corresponding author. In addition, he has published a book chapter as the first author, and received a Second Prize for Natural Science Development, Ministry of Education, China. He is a member of The Royal Society of Chemistry, Materials Research Society of Singapore and Chinese Chemical Society.
