Dr. Mingzhi Huang, Professor. He is the awardee of Guangdong Natural Science Foundation for Distinguished Young Scholars and the council member of Chinese Hydraulic Engineering Society Youth Science and Technology Working Committee. He mainly works on theory and engineering application of technique of water pollution control, and environmental behavior of potential persistent organic pollutants. He has undertaken more than 10 national and provincial research projects, published over 80 papers, applied for 33 national invention patents with 19 authorized and was awarded 4 first or second prizes of provincial and ministry level research accomplishments.
